KEYS TO MY HEART

I had closed the door upon my heart
and wouldn't let anyone in
I had trusted and loved only to be hurt
but that would never happen again
I locked the door and
tossed the key as
hard and as far as I could
My heart was closed for good

Then you came into my life and
made me change my mind
just when I thought that
tiny key was impossible to find
that is when you held out your hand
and proved me wrong
inside your palm was the
Key to My Heart
You had it all along

IMPORTANT STEPS TO A HAPPY RELATIONSHIP

I have come to realize that most people are not really happy in their relationships. There is an all important step towards happiness in your relationship and that step is what I call; self appreciation. The world we are living currently is filled with stressful activities and uncertainty of the economy! Remember that there is a strong link between financial security, healthy economy, stress, job challenge and relationship approach.

It is a pity that the world we live gives most people very few opportunities to sincerely relate or connect with their lovers and this single factor is Seriously causing arguments and complains from the victim in the relationship. One thing I have come to discover recently is the rising rate of people complaining that their partner doesn’t appreciate their beauty. Well, women are those suffering more as a result of this ugly development. Many ladies have told me that their male partners don’t really tell them how good they are looking often. It is also important to point out that some men are also experiencing this in their relationships
Now, when you are down emotionally, it means you will not be happy even physically and you know what that means to your relationship-frustration, endless arguments, complains, fighting and even cheating! When you look at most of these people who complain about not receiving the deserve appreciation of their physical look from their partners, you will discover that they are always nagging. It is because they are frustrated and their relationships suffer for it

However in a relationship you just have to be you but anyone else that's how you get it right and even, if you don't have much, present yourself as such because in real sense whoever will like or love you will do so regardless your financial endowment  or status
I was once a victim but since i found the truth and inner peace and accepting who you really are, Nothing else really matters but the affection the love understanding and tolerance...where both partners will look past their respective flaws and find just reasons to be happy at all time mostly.

WHAT IS SELF APPRECIATION?

To appreciate yourself means to adore your personality, to see the good qualities you have, to tell yourself that you’re looking beautiful, to believe in yourself, to discover yourself etc. You know how good we feel each time our partner looks at us and say: “you are looking good, beautiful, and exceptional”?  It makes us happy, but if your partner doesn’t say it always and you desire it often, you can feel dejected!
I urge you to start seeing the beautiful aspect of yourself. Remember that you cannot love your partner and express love fully to him/her if you haven’t loved yourself first. You must always look into the mirror and appreciate whatever you see there. You should be feeling good about yourself. Don’t rely so much on your partner to tell you how beautiful you are, say that to yourself too. Remember, once you are happy with yourself, you can easily be happy with others including your partner.

HOW TO MAINTAIN A GOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS FOR EVER

A person can be very close to their parents and family, but they feel more comfortable and it is often easier to share feelings with their friends. A true best friend is closest to the heart than anyone in the world - no strings attached, no expectations, and just support and care for one another.

BELOW ARE THE STEPS

Know clearly about each other. Ask questions. Keep on learning about one another all the time, endlessly. Never make assumptions about your best friend; he or she is always growing, as are you.

Bond. This means spending quality time together. Do things together, have a milkshake or coffee together regularly, have heart-to-hearts, go places together.

Feel frank to share every problem. You need to have trust.

Whenever you have doubt in your mind you can consult him/her. Talk about any and every problem.

To successfully carry out this you must note that

Do not lie to them

Love your best friend from the bottom of your heart

Always remember important dates

Never live them alone during important celebration

Stand in for each other like a brother would do

Listen to each others advice

Please if you find this article helpful please share it with your friends

BASIC STEPS TO CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Allow me to suggest, based upon my own life experience and observing the world around me, that there’s a hierarchical process of steps and stages in the career development process that evolve something like I’ve outlined below.
Why is it important to give thought to stages in the process? Well, for one there’s the matter of investing tens of thousands of dollars and Naira's in a university education, an investment where the odds of success might be improved by increasing the certainty that your “market timing” – your child’s readiness to profit from the expense of higher education – is well timed.

Where are you or your child in the process of developing their career and career skills:?

  1. The “thinking about a career” stage. It’s the point where you realize that childhood and dependency may (will) come to an end, so you may have to do something to fill the rest of your life. You really don’t know much of anything about work or the demands of life.  You know very little about “the job”. However, when asked, you know that having an answer . . . sounds grown up? It’s the “I want to be an astronaut” or “I want to be famous” stage.
  2. The “I think I want to be” stage of career development. Emphasis on “I think” – suggesting that some real thought has been applied to the answer. Of course there are levels of “I think”, the depth of which can be quickly measure by most simply by asking a few questions. The more you know about the career the better the questions and the degree of illumination.
  3. The “I believe” stage, as in “the level of certainty is increasing” but . . . and it’s a big one . . . there may be no – zero – direct experience “of the job”. Belief tends to be something untested by experience.
  4. The advanced “I want to be a . . (career/job/profession)” stage, a statement that tends to be made in a somwhat more mature and convincing voice. At this stage the speaker can give concrete reasons why the have made the career decision, why the career is right for them, etc. Again, an absence of direct involvement in the career path (summer job, internship, time spend at job as a volunteer, etc.) tends to lend . . or detract . . credence from the statement.
  5. The “I choose to be . . and exclude” stage. As an example, choosing a college major or college degree program. Usually there is the intial “choice” (more of a suggestion or concrete idea) make when applying to college. However, until the trial by fire of college level chemistry or organic chemistry, or certain engineering classes, there is still is room for re-thinking. Again, college life isn’t work life, but once a student is well into their second or third year of college the language of choosing a career is still in flux. The words chosen or a look on one’s face to help to identify the level of clarity, certainty, etc.
  6. The “I am” stage, as in I AM a lawyer or I AM a nurse. It’s the voice of a recent graduage or new initiate into a career.
  7. The “I am and I choose it all” stage of career choices. It’s the stage where you have qualified for the work and have practiced the art for awhile. There are similar stages in other avenues of life – like marriage or child raising – the point where you know you are in it for the long haul, having seen the good, tasted the bad, and encountered the ugly . . . and not turned and fled. And any of you, with any miles on you, know exactly what I’m talking about.
So, when you are engaging someone today or tomorrow and the subject of making career choices comes up, listen with a keen ear and look with a keen eye.  Listen for and encourage an awareness in the person speaking about their career choices to make the next move up the hierarchy.
For what it’s worth, from what I can see about the world today, one of the biggest “missing elements” in successful career choice making is an absence of direct experience “with the career” – the work environment, the nature of co-workers, the demands of the job, etc.  If you can help bridge that divide – the gap between thinking about a career and having a degree of experience “with the career” – you may be giving someone one of the biggest gifts of their lives.

ARE YOU PREPARED TO PAY THE PRICE OF SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS/GOAL?

Are you having a bad day?

It seems so when I see you complaining to your friend. He’s throwing a party but now it seems you’re no longer able to go.

To make things even worse for you, your friend has a lot of single female friends who are going to his party.

You are a single guy yourself and it would have been a nice opportunity to meet new and interesting people and have fun at the same time.

But no, you can’t go. You have your first marathon coming up in a couple of days – on the same day as your friend’s party.

You are feeling angry and frustrated. You know that this party is going to be THE party to attend to and now you are going to miss it.

You really want to go to the party instead of sweating for 26.2 miles (42.2 kilometers). You are pondering whether or not you should send an email to the marathon organizers to cancel your participation.

Yes, you are really on the fence on this one!

You entered the game but you weren’t prepared

Your frustration and anger are based on the fact that you got into something that you weren’t ready for. Maybe you were physically prepared for the goal, but the mental readiness wasn’t there yet.
When you entered the marathon challenge, you were full of enthusiasm. But at the same time, you weren’t quite aware that things won’t always go as planned when you need to hit a big goal.
Specifically, you failed to understand that you have to make sacrifices in order to reach your destination. Only this way can you dedicate enough time for your goal and make it happen at some point.
Entering the goal without any mental preparation is going to come back and bite you sooner or later. No matter when it is going to happen, you’ll realize that success is not achieved without sacrifices.

Internal conflicts caused by false expectations

Once you enter an unexpected situation without any preparation, your inner resistance is at its highest. It’s much more difficult to accept something new when you haven’t done any mental preparation in advance.
This new and unexpected choice is going to start an internal conflict inside you: “No, I’m not accepting this!” you think, and you fight back.
However, this fighting makes the situation worse, as you feel even more angered and frustrated. It’s like you are unwilling to accept the current reality: you can’t have it all – at least not now.
There is another factor, which is a real threat to your goals and which plays a major part in your failures: instant gratification.
Too many times the instant gratification takes over and the road towards your goal becomes curvier than you originally thought. In the worst case scenario, the instant gratification can throw you off the road if you are not careful enough.

Prepare, prepare, prepare!

You should know by now that reaching goals – whether they’re big or a small – requires giving up on something and paying the price. Sometimes that price is big, but other times it’s small.
For instance, if you want to become a successful blogger but you don’t have enough time to devote to your blog, you’ll have to start waking up at 5am. Only that way can you focus on your writing and building your site.
On the other hand, if you want to run marathons in under 3 hours, you have to become a disciplined athlete. You have to be careful in your diet (by avoiding junk food) and do the exercises without excuses – no matter if it’s raining or if there is a party coming.
Whatever the case is, there is a price and only you decide if that will be easy or difficult to pay.
First, you should learn more about your goal in advance. This gives you the mental preparation you need and facing the possible setbacks or unexpected situations becomes much easier.
Another important thing that make a difference is your attitude. If you are not willing to accept that you have to make sacrifices, then it’s going to be a rough ride for you.
Finally, know that the rewards will be bigger than the instant gratification that is lurking around the corner.
For instance, after running my first marathon, my life changed and I became an athlete. I know that this has been one of the best things that has happened to me in my life and no party can come even close to that experience.

How to pay the price with the least resistance

From now on, before you commit to any goals, it’s vital to understand what might be ahead of you.
Use these steps to make journey less demanding for you.
1.Take time to learn. Take time to really understand what you are getting into. Don’t just make a promise that you then have a hard time of committing to.
Learn more about the topic and talk to others who have been through the same experience. Soak the information inside you like a sponge, and as much as possible in advance.
This helps you to prepare mentally for the future.
2. Fix your attitude. Another important thing to change is your attitude. In fact, it pretty much determines whether you will be successful or not. The right attitude makes it easier for you to pay the price of the goal.
Understand that you have to make sacrifices until you reach your goal. It could be watching less television, eating less junk food and sweets, running in the rain or waking up early.
At the same time, know that the rewards are much bigger than the instant gratification. You’ll be happy that you didn’t fall into to the trap of instant gratification and give up your journey.
3. It’s temporary. One thing to remember is that in many cases, the sacrifices are temporary.
If you have to give up television in order to have more time for your blog, remember that this is probably only temporary. When you become a successful blogger, you might have more flexibility and time in your daily life than before.
Finally, when you resist the instant gratification and eventually have a chance to experience the gratification, you don’t necessarily want it anymore.
For instance, I used to watch a lot of television and sure, it was more compelling that building my blog at the time. But now that I’ve been blogging for a while, I don’t even like watching the television that much.
I have been able to prioritize these two things and understand that blogging builds my future, while watching television doesn’t.
4. Focus on the end results. Know what is ahead of you and focus on the end results, instead of the temptations that are pulling you off the track.
Just imagine what your life is going to be like after reaching that goal. If this vision is compelling enough, then it’s easier to pull through the setbacks that might occur down the road.

Conclusion

As you can see, reaching goals is never free and you’ll have to pay the price.
Sometimes the price may be small, but in other times it’s big. However, you should be aware of this fact before you start reaching the goal.
Sacrifices are part of the game and once you acknowledge them in advance, your journey will be easier.
Over to you: how do you deal with sacrifices when reaching your goals?

BASIC 10 WAYS TOHAPPINESS

It’s easy to assume that as society becomes wealthier and healthier people would become more fulfilled and happy, but this is not the case. Despite all the advancements in technology and increasing access to information and resources people are not becoming happier.

Maybe this is why happiness has become such a popular topic in self-help over the past decade. We are in search of a path leading to true fulfillment and satisfaction and we don’t know which direction to turn.

Fortunately the search for greater happiness has been met by growing knowledge and wisdom about what leads to well-being. The field of psychology has revealed that there are strategies and techniques to increase our well-being, and that becoming a more fulfilled and content person is within our control to some degree.

In particular, when we experience more positive emotions, grow our relationships, are engaged in daily activities, and achieve meaningful goals we can experience more happiness.

These 10 principles can help foster flourishing, abundance, and well-being in this faced paced world.

1.  The Big “O” – Oxytocin: This is the hormone of trust and “love.” It is a natural calming and feel good chemical. It connects and bonds people together and when released will evoke feelings of contentment, reductions in anxiety, and feelings of calmness and security. Simply touching, hugging, and interacting with loved ones can release Oxytocin and enhance intimacy.
2.  Make Friends: Social relationships are a primary source of happiness. Relationships offer not only emotional benefits but physical benefits as well. Having numerous deep relationships has been related to improved physical health, increased self-esteem, and few mental health issues. The more deep and meaningful relationships a person has the more well-being they will experience.
3.  Savoring: A great way to enhance positive emotions is to learn how to savor the deliciousness of life. This relates to vacations, great meals, concerts, movies, conversations, and any others daily pleasures. Staying present in the moment isn’t always easy but when we can focus our attention on the positive emotions in the moment, instead of focusing on what we “could be doing,” we will reap psychological benefits.
4.  Your Work: Do you consider your work to be a job, career or a calling? Finding work we love is a major factor in our overall happiness. This comes from using our character strengths on the job where we can experience “flow,” which is a state where we are totally absorbed in an activity and lose track of time. What can you do to find more challenge and interest in the work you do?
5.  Get Moving and Exercise: A proven way to enhance mood is to stay active and exercise. We have to move to be happy. Even a brisk walk can do wonders for our outlook and daily mood. When adults have around 30 minutes of moderately intense physical activity per day it has been shown to be an important factor in not only physical health, but psychological well-being as well.
6.  Breathe Well: An often overlooked source of calm and health is deep breathing. Our breath is always with us and can be used as an anchor to relax our mind and body. Becoming mindful of our breath can be a tool to manage stress and anxiety in any context. Start taking deeper, longer breaths to get more oxygen flowing through your brain.
7.  Primers: Our emotions can be triggered by an experience, person, or situation that reminds us of something in our past. Our memories can be positive or negative and they are connected to other memories with a similar feeling tone. Make note of what primes your positive states of mind. What places, people, and activities prompt positive memories? Seek these out.
8.  Gratitude: We all have ups and downs each day, though when we focus on and what we still have and what is going well our mood will be enhanced. Start appreciating what you have and be thankful for the relationships, skills, and opportunities that you have been blessed with. To help you do so, keep a gratitude journal or write a letter of gratitude to someone who has helped you but hasn’t been thanked yet.
9. Self-regulation: Developing self-control and temperance can serve a valuable function in how we navigate life. This skill can guide our day to day choices by helping us make healthy and happiness promoting decisions. When we regulate our mood and control our impulses we are able to alter our state of mind. We can respond and adapt to situations in the most effective way.
10. Self-efficacy: Knowing you are capable of dealing with what life throws your way is an important factor for resiliency and life-satisfaction. When we are confidence and hopeful about the future we are able to make changes to better ourselves and solve problems when things go awry. Focus on your past successes and set small achievable goals to raise you self-efficacy.
These ten factors can provide a boost in your well-being and raise your life-satisfaction. Be aware that having a happy mood is a process that comes with true effort and dedication. Living a happy lifestyle involves changing the way we think about life and making intentional choices to get the most from our day to day experiences.
Begin incorporating these ideas today and pay attention to what works best to improve your mood. If you stick with it and make these a part of your routine well-being will follow

THE TWO WORDS THAT KILLS YOUR DREAMS

There are three words that kill dreams. The funny thing is that most people would consider these three words necessary to make dreams come true. And they do… But as our grandmothers used to say: “There is a place for everything, and everything in its place”, I think something is seriously out of place.
We are a society increasingly focused on pragmatism, on how. We want to get things done and we invest a lot in finding out what works. But we are increasingly a society focused on getting results by looking to what already works whilst dismissing the ideals that seeded them. And this can have a strangling effect on your dreams.
Why? Because ideals, and dreams built from ideals are often not pragmatic. They usually require new ways of thinking to realize. They may offer few (if any) guarantees of success but lots of perceived risk and maybe some real uncertainty. In fact, ideals are not meant to be reasonable or even practical at times. And for that reason, many (unconsciously) negate them in favor of ‘what works’.

At what point did it become okay to sacrifice our dreams because they weren’t practical?
At no other time in history than now was it more convenient to dream ‘impossible’ dreams. If we have a job and food we are doing better than a great percentage of humanity. The opportunities for making a living in a myriad of different ways are better now than they have ever been.
Again I ask: why would you deny that something you yearned after was valuable simply because you couldn’t get it? You can yearn for and value world peace and the unity of mankind if you so wish it (and I do!).
Yes, it may seem unrealistic but some people work towards world peace, the eradication of world poverty. Yes, the odds they face seem insurmountable but they value the ideal itself enough to act on it.

You need why as well as how
Life is full of paradoxes. As you may know, a paradox exists where two seemingly opposing ideas are true as the same time.
For example, in order to be at your most freely creative you need to know the limits you are breaking free of or transcending. And even optimists need some pessimism to make sure they’re prepared for things that may go wrong. As Winston Churchill used to say: “I’m an optimist but I still carry an umbrella!”
We need the ‘how’ – AND we need the why first (and always ) if we are to unfurl and blossom the dream. This is the essence of genius – to be able to hold two opposing ideas in mind at once.
I think we are killing our ‘genius’ by focusing on one side of the success coin to the exclusion of the other.
I think that we are guilty of holding “How do I?” up as an object of worship. We so want results we are getting more and more wary of anything that smacks of an uncertain outcome.
Yet think of someone like Martin Luther King. Having read some of his life history it is not clear that he started with a plan for creating equality amongst all men. Yet he had a dream (!) and he was prepared to try many different avenues for the sake of the dream. He had no guarantee of success and stood to anger some very influential people (not to mention a great number of common people.) He was an idealist who learned how to become a pragmatist.

What we seem to have forgotten (or foregone) is that ideals are valuable in and of themselves. Honesty, justice – the virtues – are beautiful. Wanting to change the world for the better is an ideal, and can be beautiful. It just may not be an instantly beautiful process. In fact, it might be quite a stumbling frustrating one, but one always driven by the ideal.

Having a passion about an ideal, sadly, scares people because we often nowadays see them played out in practical form through extremism of a negative kind – suicide bombers for example. But just because the ideas of fundamentalism and idealism have become associated with terrorism does it mean that finding something fundamentally valuable – and living and loving for it – is inherently bad?

Think of how the world has also changed for the better because of idealism.

You could easily say that Mother Theresa was an extremist in her love for the poor. She said she was driven by the idea that every battered diseased body she was treating was the body of her Lord Jesus. Whether you agree with her motives it’s impossible to deny her impact for the good.

However, I suspect if this little unassuming Albanian nun had suggested she set up a worldwide organization of nuns devoted to serving the poor when she first started she would have been laughed out of the nunnery because it didn’t seem practical.

ARE YOU A SLAVE OF PEOPLE'S APPROVAL?

Do you constantly trying to prove to others that you are “good enough?”
We must admit that most of our actions are motivated to win the acceptance and admiration of our peers. There is something about pleasing people that pleases us.

Most of the time, it is our personal insecurities that cause this “I need to be good enough for you” mentality. One psychologist said that to even entertain this “I need to be good enough” debate in your head is already a choice to go to the path of unhappiness. For you will never be good enough in your mind. You will always find something that you need to be “good enough” to please others.
To live in the mercy of other’s approval and acceptance is like building your life on shifting sands. People’s opinions are fickle. They love you today and then hate you tomorrow. We can see this with movie stars and music artist. Here today and gone tomorrow. Putting the direction of your life at other’s hands is to miss out your own life.
We need to learn to accept ourselves. Even those things we do not like in ourselves. Accepting does not mean liking what you see, but accepting that they are real. If you have a bad temper, you do not need to like your bad temper. But you must accept that you have one!
Only when we accept ourselves for who we really are can we start to grow. We must accept our strengths and also our weakness, the good and the bad in us. Only when we can look at ourselves objectively can we start changing those aspects of our lives that need improvements.
We must first win the approval of ourselves. I approve of me! Yes I approve of me because God approves of me. If God did not approve of me, I would not even be here.
If you want to win the approval of others, win the approval of the God first. God approves of your creation, but do you think He approves on how you are living your life right now?
But why do we want God’s approval on our lives?
Because we want joy!
Happiness can only be found when we are in line with God’s plan for our lives.
“Well done, my good and faithful servant. Come, share your master's joy.”  Mt 25:23

HOW TO KNOW YOUR IN LOVE

Falling in love is a wonderful and crazy feeling that’s worth experiencing at least once in our lives. When you know you are falling in love, the way you look at the world and experience life can change in a moment. But the bigger question is how to know if you are in love? Well, find out here.

Falling in love is an experience worth living for. And the first time you fall in love, that’s a memory of a lifetime. But how to know if you are in love in the first place?

All of us have our own experiences in love, and every moment is as unique as the person who is falling in love.

Many believe in love at first sight while many others think the best kind of love is one where two friends understand each other and fall in love gradually.
Now however you may fall in love, the feelings are all the same. And when you’re in love, you’ll just know!

When you fall in love with someone, you start to experience feelings and urges that are quite unexplainable and confusing.

How to know if you are in love

Falling is love may be a single emotion, but that single emotion can cause so many hormonal, chemical and emotional changes, it’s almost unbelievable.

You’re definitely in love if you’re experiencing these emotions.

Butterflies in your stomach

For anyone who experiences falling in love it first sight, you can’t really help but experience butterflies in your stomach.

It’s a vague sensation of wanting to throw up and trying to get to the loo at the same time.

Your stomach starts to perform intricate back flips and the insides of your stomach feel like they’re fluttering!

So why does this happen? Surprisingly, no one really knows why this even happens! But it just does.

Some scientists believe this is due to the release of adrenalin by your body because of the nervousness you experience when you fall in love at first sight.

Unexplained happiness

Do you find yourself kissing pillows, jumping up and down in excitement and joy for no apparent reason and giving your lover funny little pet names? You may just be in love.

According to Helen Fisher, anthropologist from Rutgers University, when you fall in love, the levels of dopamine in the brain increase due to the increased blood flow to the regions where the receptors of dopamine are present. Dopamine, a pleasure chemical, makes you more excited, energetic and full of life.
The dopamine released in the brain make you feel sleepless, restless, full of happiness and make you think about your lover, a lot. Ever taken cocaine? That’s just like an intense burst of dopamine!
You can’t think of anyone else
When you’re in love, you can’t really think of anything else but your lover. They’d be tirelessly running around in your mind and you can’t work, remember things or focus on other interests. This is due to norepinephrine, a chemical compound that gets released along with dopamine, in the brain.
You get sexually attracted… a lot!
In a study conducted on several young couples madly in love, it was seen that the levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter found mostly in the intestinal tract, dropped dangerously low, something that’s experienced by people suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder.
But on the other hand, it was noticed that low serotonin levels in young couples increased the desire to have sex. Talk about evolution’s way of forcing the ritual of baby making while we’re completely attracted to each other!

You get depressed easily
Do you get upset easily if the person you like upsets you in any manner? Well, you may be in love. While the drop in the serotonin level makes you more horny, it also makes you depressed and anxious!
Even the smallest of things can upset you or your lover, and both of you may end up spending a lot of time trying to please each other with little acts of love and affection. While each act of love increases the love and attraction, each disappointment makes you more vulnerable to pain and depression.

How to know if you are in love
Falling in love with someone, and staying in love with someone are two completely different experiences. While most people believe it was love right from the beginning, falling in love actually begins with a note of lust and sexual excitement along with the flutter of love.
Falling in love is like a drug, and unfortunately, just like a drug, it doesn’t really last forever. While the levels of chemicals like dopamine and serotonin gradually come back to normal after a few months or years depending on the type of relationship, it’s up to the lovers to find ways to keep the excitement in love alive.
Every time you have a crush on someone, the whole game of chemistry in love starts firing the Bunsen burners and we’re back to square one all over again.

Please do share with friends and helps us to grow Thanks

HOW TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF RAPE CASES "strictly for the ladies"

PLEASE THIS IS STRICTLY FOR THE LADIES, YOUNG AND OLD

Well as you know by now, the above topic is no longer news.. as a matter of fact it has been there
for so many reason which am about to explain BUT on a much serious Note... The spontaneous increase in the act is not necessarily Mindfulness but lack of proper Education on the subject and exclusive orientation and counsel.. All of these and many more put together made me write on this topic

WHO RUN THE WORLD?

AVOID DANGEROUS SITUATIONS

Be aware of your surroundings. Knowing where you are and who is around you may help you to find a way to get out of a bad situation.
Try to avoid isolated areas. It is more difficult to get help if no one is around.
Walk with purpose. Even if you don’t know where you are going, act like you do.
Trust your instincts. If a situation or location feels unsafe or uncomfortable, it probably isn’t the best place to be.
Try not to load yourself down with packages or bags as this can make you appear more vulnerable.
Make sure your cell phone is with you and charged and that you have cab money.
Don't allow yourself to be isolated with someone you don’t trust or someone you don’t know.
Avoid putting music headphones in both ears so that you can be more aware of your surroundings, especially if you are walking alone

IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS

While you can never completely protect yourself from sexual assault, there are some things you can do to help reduce your risk of being assaulted in social situations.

When you go to a social gathering, go with a group of friends. Arrive together, check in with each other throughout the evening, and leave together. Knowing where you are and who is around you may help you to find a way out of a bad situation.

Don't leave your drink unattended while talking, dancing, using the restroom, or making a phone call. If you’ve left your drink alone, just get a new one

Don't accept drinks from people you don't know or trust. If you choose to accept a drink, go with the person to the bar to order it, watch it being poured, and carry it yourself. At parties, don’t drink from the punch bowls or other large, common open containers

Watch out for your friends, and vice versa. If a friend seems out of it, is way too intoxicated for the amount of alcohol they’ve had, or is acting out of character, get him or her to a safe place immediately

IF SOMEONE IS PRESSURING YOU

Remember that being in this situation is not your fault. You did not do anything wrong, it is the person who is making you uncomfortable that is to blame

Be true to yourself. Don't feel obligated to do anything you don't want to do. "I don't want to" is always a good enough reason. Do what feels right to you and what you are comfortable with

Have a code word with your friends or family so that if you don’t feel comfortable you can call them and communicate your discomfort without the person you are with knowing. Your friends or family can then come to get you or make up an excuse for you to leave

Lie. If you don’t want to hurt the person’s feelings it is better to lie and make up a reason to leave than to stay and be uncomfortable, scared, or worse. Some excuses you could use are: needing to take care of a friend or family member, not feeling well, having somewhere else that you need to be, etc

SWEET LOVE POEM FROM

Love waits for one thing, the right moment.

Other men see angels but I have seen thee and thou art enough.

Love is a canvas furnished by nature and embroidered by imagination.

I love you not because I need you. I need you because I love you.

Life is the flower and love is the honey.

If a kiss was a raindrop, I’d send you a shower. If a hug was a second, I’d send you an hour. If a smile was water I’d send you the sea. If you needed love, I’d send you me.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

I love it when my heart smiles but when it does, it smiles because of you.

If it is wrong to love you, then my heart just won’t let me be right.

Think about it. There must be higher love. Down in the heart or hidden in the stars above. Without it, life is a wasted time. Look inside your heart. I’ll look inside mine.

Love is a game two people can play. You can both win and you can both lose your heart.

You are my strength but loving you is my biggest weakness.

To the world you might be one person. But to one person you might be the world.

THIS IS FOR YOU

HOW TO AVIOD YOUR RELATIONSHIPS FROM CRASHING

In this day and age, we are aware that many of our intimate relationships are struggling and are in jeopardy. Therefore, the age old saying, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” is equally relevant today as it was when the saying was originally coined.
According to Stats Canada, approximately 38 % of marriages in Canada end in divorce (over a thirty year period). What preventative measure can young couples apply to their relationships that will ensure their stability and longevity?

There are three common relationship deal breakers – Compromise, Competition and Complaints which all contribute to conflict in relationships. Unto themselves, these interactions all sound relatively positive. Let’s examine them more carefully in the context of intimate relationships

  1. Compromise is essentially when two people settle for less than what they really want. For example, a couple decides that they would like to go out to a movie. The wife would really like to see a particular movie but learns that her husband has no interest in watching it. He suggests a movie which his wife has no interest in watching. In the name of compromise, they end up attending a third choice which neither really wants to view. Instead of compromising, the couple could use a more effective approach called negotiating which produces a win/win situation. The couple decides to attend the movie which the woman wants to see one week, and the following week, they go to the movie the husband wants to see.
  2. Competition is very much a part of our every day, capitalistic society. We all need to know how to compete in order to function in our society. People on a daily basis are competing for jobs, opportunities, recognition, etc.  However, competition within our intimate relationships can potentially wreak havoc between couples since the more competitive we are, the more self-centred we become. Competition emphasizes our goals and enhances our skills often to the detriment of our significant relationships. The opposite of competition is compassion. Compassion is the skill or ability to accurately experience the thoughts and feeling of another plus the desire to do whatever is necessary to help another in their time of distress. Many relationships would greatly benefit if there was simply more compassion between spouses.
So what are those ounces of prevention we can apply to our relationships to ensure they remain stable and satisfying?
    1. Learn to negotiate.
    2. Be compassionate and listen to the thoughts and feelings of your loved ones.
    3. Rather than complain, become a problem-solver.

    LONELINESS/CAUSES and EFFECTS

Before delving into the main Topic which is LONELINESS, it will be more proper to understand what the TEXT "Loneliness" stands for

    WHAT IS LONELINESS

To feel lonely is to be overwhelmed by an unbearable feeling of separateness, at a very deep level. To some degree, it is a totally normal emotion, a part of growing up. At birth, we all start the process of separation, the growth towards becoming individuals. Also, from our earliest months, as awareness of our separateness dawns upon us, the parallel need to seek relationship begins.

It's a balancing act, a see-sawing between the search for intimacy and an acceptance of isolation that continues throughout life. However smoothly this passage from birth to mature adulthood goes, there are bound to be times in our lives when this process of growing up, of becoming separate selves, feels difficult; times when we feel anxious, abandoned, unloved, insecure. In other words, when we feel lonely.

    Modern lifestyles

The particular stresses of modern life tend to make people particularly vulnerable to loneliness. Changes in employment practice, a rising divorce rate, and the fact that people can more easily move away, have caused many to suffer the ache of loneliness. A considerable number of people in all age groups now live alone.

    The importance of solitude

In our busy, extroverted culture, with its emphasis on togetherness, we tend to classify aloneness and solitude as the same thing, and to think of them both in a negative way. For many people, the word lonely can conjure up an image of an isolated figure in a bed-sit. Yet being alone is not the same as being lonely.

There are plenty of loners who happily choose solitude as a way of life. Solitude has been helpful to a number of well-known writers, philosophers and composers. The author, Dr Anthony Storr argues strongly that relationships aren't everything in life. He believes that the concerns, hobbies and creative interests developed over a lifetime, by ordinary people, can be an important source of stability and contentment. Some people need to be alone to allow their creativity to emerge.

    Feeling unwelcome

Negative attitudes towards single mothers, and to those who are long-term unemployed or who have mental health problems, can increase a person's sense of isolation. He or she may come to feel that the loneliness, which has been caused by their circumstances, is somehow all their own fault.

The old cliché that it is possible to feel lonely in a crowd is also painfully true. Someone who is constantly surrounded by people may still feel desperately lonely. Many people seeking help for overwhelming feelings of loneliness have an active social life, a busy job, a stable relationship or marriage, and a family.

Understanding loneliness wont be so much of a big deal till you get to find the major possible causes of loneliness hence finding means to avoid it..
Loneliness is not one single, simple thing. There are both different degrees and causes. It's possible to talk about three different kinds of loneliness: circumstantial, developmental and internal.

You may have chosen to change your circumstances. Moving to a new area or starting a family, for example, can be exciting and positive. Yet, people often find that to begin all over again in a new environment can be very painful. Divorce, bereavement, retirement and unemployment are common causes of loneliness. If the partner or the job that boosted your self-esteem and made life meaningful suddenly disappears, everything can feel hopeless and futile.
    .

BELOW ARE THE MAJOR CAUSES OF LONLINESS

    Single parents

The house-bound mother with her first baby can feel acutely isolated, but single parents are particularly vulnerable. Many people say that when a relationship ends, they seem to lose friends as well as their partner, while the stress of bringing up children single-handedly can make it difficult for a social life.

    Mental distress

To be labelled as mentally ill can be distressing and potentially very isolating, not least because public opinion can be so hostile towards anyone with mental health difficulties. Someone with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, for example, will have to cope with very distressing symptoms, but will also be up against a widespread misconception that people with this diagnosis are violent.

The very nature of some mental health problems reinforces this isolation. Someone with agoraphobia may be stuck at home and cut off from the normal social outlets. Feelings of panic at the thought of being sociable and meeting new people are much more common than people think.

    Physical disability

People with a physical disability are similarly disadvantaged and stigmatised. Mobility is often a problem and many disabled people find themselves excluded from access to a large number of social activities. People who are HIV positive or who have AIDS are also likely to encounter prejudice.

    Discrimination

Being treated as 'different' by others often makes people feel even lonelier. Being discriminated against, or subjected to racist attacks, causes black and minority ethnic people to feel alienated and isolated.

A person's sexual identity can also cause loneliness. 'Coming out' as lesbian, gay or bisexual (LGB) is still very stressful, as is reflected in the suicide rate among LGB people. Some adult survivors of sexual abuse may find any kind of intimacy with others impossible. (See 'Useful organisations'.)

WHY DO SOME PEOPLE FEEL THIS WAY ALL THE TIME?

From birth onwards, we are constantly learning to balance our need for intimacy with our need for separateness. We reach certain stages in life which often accentuate these needs and make us feel vulnerable to feelings of insecurity and loneliness.

Adolescence, young adulthood, the 'thirty-something' stage, mid-life crisis, menopause and old age are often connected to outer as well as inner changes. It's important to remember that these are phases that will pass, and although change can feel painful, it can also bring with it new awareness and possibilities.
For some people, feelings of loneliness are more constant and appear unrelated to external events or time of life. It is impossible to generalise about why someone might feel constantly lonely. Sometimes, a person feels unable to like themselves or to be liked by others. They may have little self-esteem and lack self-confidence. The roots of profound loneliness may come from having been unloved as a child, so that, as an adult, they continue to feel abandoned and unlovable in all relationships, including the relationship with themselves. Sometimes, people cut themselves off, consciously or unconsciously, because they are afraid of being hurt.

Those who are vulnerable to a constant inner loneliness may try to avoid being on their own, and will seek out other people to avoid having to face their own company. Others may react in the opposite way, hiding away on their own and perhaps drowning empty feelings with drink, so that they don't have to face a world of people they feel unconnected to. If you feel that this describes your situation, it's important to remember that many others feel the same way, and that there are understanding people to talk to, who can help you overcome these feelings

    HOW CAN I OVERCOME IT?

It's possible to overcome loneliness, if you are really determined to do so. To help yourself, you will need to give a lot of time and energy to thinking about the reasons for your feelings and what positive steps you can take.

    Learning to be alone

If you are someone who panics when left alone, and constantly seeks others out in order to avoid inner loneliness, it might be worth spending some time learning how to feel relaxed in your own company. Spending time alone may involve facing the difficult feelings that relentless socializing keeps at bay. It may also enable you to focus on the kind of person you really are, and what you really want to do.
Techniques like yoga, meditation, and even just keeping a journal, can help you to relax and replace frantic activity with a calmer sense of yourself. It's worth spending time concentrating on something that really interests you, which you can enjoy. Focus on the pleasure it gives you and the fact that periods of time spent alone can be rewarding.

Once you can face yourself, your relationships with other people will improve. You will be able to reach out to others with less of a hungry need and more of an ability to give. You will find you have more interest in them and the world around you, which they will respond to.
    Learning to be with others

If you spend a lot of time alone, because you feel uncomfortable in a social situation, the following suggestions may be useful. If your difficulties in relating to other people are to do with setting boundaries in relationships, saying 'no' and expressing your feelings, you may find assertiveness training helpful. Social skills training may also be appropriate. To find out about local classes, ask at your library or look on the internet. Most adult education institutions offer them, as do some universities and colleges of education.

If you are really out of practice at meeting people, it's important to take small steps, first, and not get too quickly and intensely involved with one person. Make the most of every opportunity for social contact, however slight. Talk to shopkeepers, don't ignore a fellow passenger who tries to start a conversation with you. Ask questions. Be curious.

REASONS WHY ARGUEMENTS ONLY GET THINGS WORSE

It is fairly obvious that arguing is not the most effective way to resolve disagreements. At the same time there is a certain release or discharge of pent up negative emotions. It can at times almost feel good to let your partner have it—to express the frustrations that you have tucked away. But this temporary release is often quickly follow by remorse over the hurtful things that have been said. It is important to remember that although conflict is healthy, arguing is not the best way to handle conflict.

The following are some of the reasons that arguing does not solve problems:

    1. No one is listening and no one feels heard or understood. You both end up feel more and more frustrated. Often arguments end, not because anything has been resolved, but because one or both of you have become so exhausted that you give up or walk away.

    2. Both sides quickly become defensive and react to what the other is saying. Considering possible solutions often take a back seat to throwing insults at each other.

    3. You both tend not to be completely honest with yourselves or your partner. As your anger rises, you get stuck in blaming your partner and find it difficult to see your own contribution to the problem.

    4. Arguments often become an excuse for dumping a truck load of garbage on your partner. Past hurts and resentments are used to pummel each other, to either deflect from dealing with the present issue or to release emotions that have been stuffed away.

    5. You are so busy defending yourself that you do not have the opportunity to consider that some of what your partner is saying may be valid and that there may be more than one way to arrive at a solution.

    6. Both of you are so busy hanging on to your positions and having to be right, that you miss the opportunity to become a team working together to solve a problem.

This does not mean that you have to stuff away all your hurts and frustrations. It does mean creating an atmosphere where the two of you are safe to express how you feel and know that you will take turns really listening to what the other is saying. It means being willing to put your defensiveness on the shelf and do your best to see and understand your partner's perspective. It means separating the problem from your partner and working together to a solve problem rather than fighting each other.

    SPEAK MOTIVATION

i just felt like to share a little motivational poem with you
sure this should give and put you in the right mindset
to put the days stress on your shulders and work
    tirelessly

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you like to win but think you can't,
    It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will.
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you are out classed, you are.
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of your-self before
You can ever win the prize.
    Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.

WERE YOU "DUMPED" BECAUSE YOU COULDNT LET GO OF EX?

We’ve all done it, to a degree. Some only briefly, while others develop a habit of sorts. What am I talking about? To commit the relationship “sin” of being controlling and obsessive toward your boyfriend or girlfriend. Perhaps this particular “sin” is why you now find yourself single.

This behaviour often begins to take shape around the short to mid-term stages of dating, right at the point where you find yourself most “in-love” and the happiest you’ve ever been. A common sign is that you’ll spend as much time together as damn near possible. Outsiders will look in and think, “yuck!” although I’m sure they, too, have been where you are, or will do. But I digress. The issue is this; the thought of losing him or her, perhaps to another, terrifies you so completely that you lose all sense of proportion (and sometimes dignity, too.)

That’s When The Monster Takes Hold…

t is quite probable that, at this point, your focus on the world got real narrow, and almost exclusively fixated on your (now ex) partner. You may not have realized it, but he or she became your whole world and, as hard as this is to accept, in your obsession you traded in all sense of perspective. In a sense, you became a different version of yourself.

If I were a betting man, I’d wager that you soon developed unhealthy “notions” about your ex, and other people around you. And unfortunately, it’s quite likely you saw things that were not really there, almost as though your rational mind took frequent short-breaks. For example, you might be out together, say clubbing, but you won’t like how other guys or girls are looking at your ex. You hate that they might see what you do, or that they are “undressing your ex with their eyes,” flirting…and wait, is your ex encouraging it? Ah…maybe, maybe not. The point is, you are not coming from a stable place to judge because of the extremely narrow view you’ve adopted.

As a result of your obsessive and controlling behaviour, your ex will have felt suffocated. Desperately seeking breathing space, they may become distant with you, but in your state this only makes you more clingy, and so you further suffocate your boyfriend or girlfriend until they can’t take it any more and breakup with you. Does that sound at all familiar? While the specifics will be unique for you and your situation, the outline will be true for many.

When the person you love becomes your “one and all,” in the unhealthy sense, the damage potential for yourself is much greater. If he or she was “all your world” and more, then to be abandoned by them, to no longer be intimate with them…or the thought they might be intimate with another? Ouch. It’s hard enough to go through this under normal conditions, all rejection hurts; but from an emotionally unbalanced, obsessive and controlling state…you feel an even greater, more exaggerated loss. Do you see now the unfortunate position you find yourself in?

Two Paths After You Broke Up

When your ex felt crowded by you, which may have been for a while, the smartest thing to have done at the breakup point, is to give them the space they so desire. By extension, the worst thing you could have done would be to increase your intensity and crowd him or her further. The former removes stress from the situation, creating space and opportunity for a willing return. The latter adds stress, causes more damage, and pushes them even further away with more resolve to stay away.

It’s cruel, but out of the 2 paths above, which do you think is the more popular? Yes, it’s the 2nd. I’ve already said I’m not a betting man…but odds are good that you also chose the 2nd path, calling and texting your ex multiple times each day, adding pressure to the situation rather than taking it away. The thing is, you’re only acting and behaving in the manner you feel most natural. You are not forcing yourself. You’re driven to do it by your volatile emotions which are bubbling away under the surface. It’s miserable, but you are suffering great pain and the breakup has sent your life into a spin. Bottom-line: it’s not reasonable to expect anyone under your conditions to act any different without a strong prod or two in the right direction.

    Your Next Steps

Almost irrespective of what you’ve done up till now, there’s still the chance you both will reunite again into a stronger couple, without either of you displaying those aforementioned unhealthy traits. What that chance will be, though, depends largely on what you do next. Will you prepare, soak up critical knowledge, and action what you learn? Those who do, greatly increase their chance of success. And not just in getting back together, but in staying together too.

The obvious place to start is on the unhealthy obsessiveness you have with your ex. Naturally, you first want to cease contacting him or her, and give them the space they need. Space here includes emails and text messages. This step requires willpower, and some of you may even refuse to do it at all! I won’t say “ignore this at your peril,” though I might think it (wink.)

Following the above, you might want to try and turn down the “my ex is everything,” dial, and turn up the “me and the rest of the world,” dial. You want to widen your focus a little, so you no longer hold that narrow-view of only your ex. It is quite likely that in the process of narrowing your view on him or her, you excluded your friends and family from your life. Well, now is your opportunity to reverse this unfortunate side-effect. At this fragile time in your life, you want to have friends and family around you.

Weaning yourself off your ex is no easy task. It is a tendency after the breakup to hold a better-than-reality version of your ex in your mind. What about you, are you glossing over many of their not-so-ideal aspects? This really doesn’t help your cause. As such, some people find it helpful to purposely identify all the bad points of their ex, even going so far as to write a list they can later refer to. Having a little reminding of how “normal” they are can really help address this common phenomenon.

It’s crucial you get control of your emotions if you are to succeed in both winning your ex back, and keeping them. Many couples reunite, but those who do not resolve the original problem(s) are likely to find themselves single again. And fast. Make certain this is not you.

TIPS ON SELF CONTROL THROUGH ANGER

Self growth through anger can actually be some of the greatest lessons you'll ever learn.

This particular emotion is a great indicator that something is seriously wrong and that you need to do something about it.

If you take the time to actually examine your anger instead of just "feeling" angry you'll gain incredible insights into yourself. The problem is usually you’re too busy being mad at people or external events to learn the valuable information your emotion is trying to tell you. You're blaming others for your feelings when really you should be looking inside.

Here are two ways to enable self growth through anger in a positive way:

    1. Why Are You Angry?

Ask yourself, “Why are you really feeling this way?”

Understanding why you feel so angry can provide you with some surprising answers. It's these answers which can enable you to suddenly grow spiritually and mentally because you'll suddenly understand why you've been reacting a certain way.

So, to start with, ask yourself, "Why am I so angry?" If your response is something like “because Joe didn’t pick up the dry cleaning like I asked him to” then you’re not looking deep enough. Blaming others is the superficial response.

The fascinating thing about anger is that what you think makes you angry (people, events, situations) really isn't what causes you to get upset. They are simply the trigger for your emotion. They set off something inside of you by hitting on one your "buttons" or something that causes intense feelings for you. For example they may bring out past feelings of guilt or make you feel like you're being rejected or that you're not good enough. Or you may be feeling fear.

You can learn a lot about yourself by analyzing what feelings are stirring within. Once you figure it out and deal with it then you'll find that the trigger has no power over you anymore. A situation that would make you absolutely furious before will simply have no effect.

So, when you realize that you're feeling anger, ask yourself what bothers you the most about the situation? What is it telling you about yourself, your needs, your wants, etc.? You need to work through the emotion of anger as soon as you can. It's your reaction you need to figure out. Dig deep and learn from that. You'll be amazed at what you can discover about yourself.

    2. Change Yourself, Not Others

The other thing to remember when you're feeling angry is that you can't change other people. You can only change yourself and how you react to the situation. By changing your reaction you can end up changing how the other person will respond to you but you can't change them first.

Once you figure out why you’re so angry, you then have a pretty good idea of what you need to change. You'll also have a better idea of what personal issues you need to work on. Feel unappreciated? Figure out why and how do you change your own feelings towards that? Mad at your spouse for burning the toast? Most likely that’s not what’s really bothering you. Usually, it’s a symptom, not the cause. Take control of the situation and change yourself. Your emotion has provided you with the clue, now figure it out.

When Using the 2 Steps, Remember the Following:

A Sign That You've Figured it Out

A sure sign you’ve figured out the true cause of your anger is the moment when you feel the anger suddenly subside. In the above example, if I’d left my soul searching at the point where I was still angry at not being appreciated by my co-workers, I wouldn’t have been able to discover the real issue. I would have still been very frustrated and angry at the external situation. Annoyed with my co-workers when they were only a symptom, not the true cause. As soon as I understood what was really happening, all the anger disappeared. I also knew I needed to make changes and from understanding why I was mad I had a better idea of what I needed to do. My anger truly was a great gift for me.

Until you figure out the real reason, the emotion will remain. It will be like when you have a thorn in your thumb. You may think you have it out but when you feel a prick every once in awhile, you know it’s still there. It’s not out until you deal with it. A sure sign that you haven't dealt with the real reason is that you find that you get irritated very easily with everyone and everything. It will seem like everyone is just out to wreck your day.

    It's Worth the Effort

When you’re absolutely furious at something or someone, it can be hard to get yourself to start thinking about why it bothers you so much. The more you do it, the easier it gets though. And you feel a lot better afterwards because you have used it for personal self growth rather than letting it’s destructive side hurt you. You are able to move forward with your life because you have resolved the issue instead of just stuffing it down inside. If you deny your true feelings, episodes of anger are going to occur again and again until you deal with it.

Anger is also a negative emotion which takes a huge amount of energy. You may also find that your immune

system is reduced if you’re holding on to a lot of anger. Use your energy for positive things and learn from your anger. Think of it as a gift you’re being given to learn about yourself and how to get the life you really want..

First of all if you feel you are ripe to step in to any relationship, you must be ready to make sacrifices and i mean...limitless and selfless sacrifices.
You must be free to be as open as possible to your mate or spouse, that way he come to know his bounds and when he or she is stepping out of the line.
Their must be room for an open heart to heart talk...

Here both of you talk about your likes dislikes, what will boost the kemistry between the two of you..
You must be patient enough to pay attention and listen to him or her when they speak..
It makes them feel that yes, you really have time for them and would do any thing to make it all work...
There must be transparency amongst both of you..
And lastly the chief of them all,

You must build trust among you..

WHERE WOULD YOU GO AFTER THIS LIFE?

Do you ever think of what and how you last day on earth will be like?
Do you think you have lived the life you have always dreamth of?
Do you help enough brothers or sisters through grief?
How many times have you practiced being your brothers keeper....?
Do you/ have you/are you living this life according to the teachings of the ALMIGHTY?

First off am a born Christian "catholic" to be precise, i love to read wide and happens to have
a close friend from another religion "ISLAM"
Most of the questions i asked was been translated from Arabic to english which helped me and gave me
a better view and approach to this topic..

You must get this fact permanent in you that we are all one..
we were created in God's image, likeness, grace and love...
Most verses from the Holy bible and quaran teach almost same thing
the most interesting part that touched my spirit is were questions
were asked during the devotion and meditation
"our grate grand parents who lived during the time of the prophets; who
also persecuted the prophets and denounced their teaching by myrtering them, What will be their FAITH on the
    judgement day?"

Like the recent popular saying that goes as follow "Y O L O" you only live once,
if this is so, then you should devote your time to living it fully right..
we are mortals not imortals and we commite grate sin every day, hours, minutes and seconds
do you even have the slightest idea of the implications?
Jesus died for our sins that we shall be saved, what other sacrifce is grater than this?
He humbled himself to be born as man living amongst men with extra-ordinary insight
His love, kindness, mercy and grace is sufficient for us...

For how would you feel as a father or a mother who after giving birth to your children and have given them

FEW CLUES TO GET YOUR PARTNER TO STOP CHEATING!!!

Yes i made sure i have a back up "in my words" should my previous post fail to apply to your situations.. here is the previous post.. HERE

    1

The first thing you need to do is study your spouse what type of people attracts your spouse. You may need to get a makeover or change your style of dress. Most victims may say I shouldn't have to change my image to please my man, when style's change every day. If you don't want to dress up in public do it in private.

    2

Whenever you go to your spouses work or in public period dress up. Sometimes when other people stare at us in front of our spouse they get jealous but in a good way. Sometimes when we know someone else wants what we have we tend to take care of our property better and appreciate it more. Sometimes our spouse go elsewhere because we stop paying attention to them. One of the biggest turn offs is not giving our spouse our undivided attention when they are talking to us or showing us something. We send them a strong message that they are not important when we do that and they seek someone who will listen. If you start sitting down and even turning off the television to listen to our spouse or even get interested in what they are doing it will cause them to fall deeper in love.

One of the major reasons people cheat is they feel unappreciated. Communicate how much your spouse means to you more often and brag about your spouse in front of their friends this will keep them at home. Many times couples has so much going on they are just two strangers in the house going different directions all the time. Many couples even go to bed at different times this is very dangerous in a marriage A spouse that always goes to bed early sends a signal that they are not turned on by their partner. In a marriage each partner should desire each other equally. If you are not turned on at night seek medical help or address issues that may be stressing each other out.
